The Art of Healing

By

The past lingers—

Scars that refuse to fade,

Memories that whisper your mistakes,

The weight of wrong turns, heavy on your soul.

Maybe it’s the childhood

You were never able to mend,

The dreams that haunt you,

Echoing in the silence of night.

But maybe—just maybe—this time, you tried.

You turn your pain into melodies,

Sing your misery into songs,

Weave your wounds into laughter,

Write poetry from the fractures of your heart.

You fall again, and again,

Yet you rise—again.

The world looks perfect,

And you feel like the weakest soldier

In a war you never chose to fight.

But trust me—at the end,

You are still standing.

The scars bleed,

The memories claw to pull you back,

But look at you—

Unfazed. Unbroken. Alive.

Just imagine how strong

You truly are.
